yo, Eric is an amazing caterer and every time we've had his services, my expectations are blown away. I always know he will cater an amazing meal but every bite of his meals still amaze me. There's not may food businesses that cater to you where you can see the care in his craft. I have loved every meal of his when it came to bridal showers, weddings, or just a random lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this service as they always perform their best. Every little dish that was served at my friend's bridal shower was top notch. I found myself going back to the food table having seconds, thirds, sevenths. Ya boi was full every time Eric catered. I highly recommend his service. He also has that great customer service where if you want some adjustments due to your diet, he will definitely accommodate. I will definitely use his services in the future.

We went to our first Fremont Street Eats this afternoon. Out of all the vendors present, I thought 3-3-3 had a unique thing going on since they serve Korean, Mexican, and Indian inspired dishes. I saw that they're staff is composed of culinary school grads (nice). Their truck was pretty nice and their mascots are pretty dope. There's a lot on the menu, and I ended up ordering 2 garlic naan and 4 tacos- 1 carne asada, 2 spicy pork, and 1 chicken tikka masala. The tacos were good, but I felt there was a little something missing from this evening's order. The naan were alright too (they came with a side of chutney). I'd be open to trying more of their offerings though- I heard the samosas were good, and I'm always down for a good spicy pork burrito. Random thought- what if you made a naan/spicy pork combo. That'd be wild. I think if you're at a food truck festival, you need to consider dining at a fusion place to open up your mind and your tastebuds. And if you're at Fremont Street Eats, consider giving 3-3-3 a shot!

This truck came to our office for lunch and so group of us tried it. The Indian and Korean and Mexican fusion foods are quite unique and very delicious. Definitely try it if these guys are in your neighborhood.

I met 3-3-3 in Pleasanton at a student contest on a Saturday. They are not kidding when they describe their food as Korean-Mexican-Indian fusion. I had the BBQ Chicken bowl today, which had good quality ingredients but even more impactfully it had an Asian-Indian-American flavor profile to it. A hint of curry in a deep, hearty bbq with just the right balance of ingredients. 3-3-3, you folks have authored up a fine American cuisine. I'll visit you again for sure.

Not pictured are the samosas. The pastry was not too thick or thin and perfectly crispy. The filling was flavored well and had a nice kick. The tikka masala bowl was ok but I don't think I would order it again. Would like to try their naan and would definitely get samosas from them again.

Got the spicy pork rice bowl from food truck on campus last week. Wow the line was long. But I'm glad that I got it cuz it tasted really good! I also like that they used brown rice. They also have many other bowls and tacos, and this one is about 12 dollars.
